  Hello! I realize this is kind of off-topic but I had to ask.
  Does operating a well-established blog like yours require a massive amount work?
  I'm brand new to writing a blog but I do write in my journal every day.
  I'd like to start a blog so I will be able to share my experience and
  thoughts online. Please let me know if you have any kind of recommendations or
  tips for new aspiring bloggers. Appreciate it!

  First of all I would like to say fantastic blog!
  
  I had a quick question which I'd like to ask if you
  don't mind. I was curious to know how you center yourself and
  clear your head prior to writing. I have had a hard time clearing my thoughts in getting my ideas out.
  I do take pleasure in writing but it just seems like the
  first 10 to 15 minutes are wasted simply just trying to figure out how to begin. Any recommendations or tips?
