  I don't know whether it's just me or if perhaps everybody else
  encountering problems with your website. It appears like some of the
  written text in your posts are running off the screen.
  Can someone else please provide feedback and let me know if this is happening to
  them too? This might be a issue with my browser because

  First of all I want to say superb blog! I had a quick question that I'd like to ask if you do not mind.
  I was curious to find out how you center yourself and clear
  your head prior to writing. I've had trouble clearing my thoughts in getting my thoughts
  out there. I truly do take pleasure in writing but it just seems like the first 10 to 15 minutes
  are usually wasted just trying to figure out how to begin. Any
